Electric boat rentals for Balboa Island are located behind the Balboa Pavilion landmark (back docks) Davey’s Locker Sportfishing & Whale watching (near the Fun Zone) on Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach. Must be 25 or older to rent and operate. Electric boats can seat up to 12 people 10 comfortably including infants. Upscale Sun Cruiser & Bay Island Duffy models. Cruise in style.
